‘After reading about their rather poor bonus structure above I fully expected to give Play89 a very poor review.

But although this site doesn’t have the best bonus structure, it’s clear that this isn’t what it’s about. Although popular amongst offline skill games, being able to play pool online is pretty rare – and being able to do it for money is fantastic!

Sure, the site is extremely basic with strangely pedestrian graphics, but it is at the very least easy to navigate and well set-out. I was impressed by the level of instruction available, with detailed information about the types of games available. Tournaments are frequent and I really enjoyed the freerolls as playing online takes a bit of getting used to.

We’d like to see a better bonus structure and a loyalty program of some kind before we could rate this site as good. But it’s an inventive move to take this game online and that counts for something!’
