WE SAY... 'Another specimen from the Online Scratchcard portfolio, Hopa Scratchcards is another NeoGames powered site with plenty to offer. Following the same bonus structure as Scratch2Cash, it delivers a new colour scheme and new vibe to all of its players. What does let it down before it starts is the fact that it is reporting winners which are not unique to the site. (In fact on several occasions it was telling me the same information on all of NeoGames platforms!)
However, pushing that aside, the site is actually entertaining and delivers the same great ScratchCards, Slot Machines and Arcade games that all of its competitors do.
